WEDDINGS

 $300.00 FOR CHURCH

 NOTE:  All Weddings must be paid prior to event

 Minister fee: $400 (If using St. John’s minister and are a member of St. John's.)

For non-members or ceremonies that occur in a location outside the church, the minister fee is $500 

                 

FUNERALS

$300.00. For use of church and includes the use of basement afterwards if needed. Church does not cater; outside catering would be required.

Minister Fee: $300 (if using St. John's minister and are a member of St. John's).​

Non members or funeral services happening outside of St. John's, the minister fee is $350.

FELLOWSHIP HALL

$100.00 (Includes kitchen facilities)

$75.00 (hall only no kitchen use)

 

SANCTUARY

For other Churches and Choirs only $100.00 minimum plus a donation where feasible, plus cost of piano tuning (if desired).

NON PROFIT GROUPS  - DONATION

​

INSURANCE – All non-church related rentals must provide proof of insurance or sign a waiver (non disclaimer form available in Church office)

 

Conditions of Rentals:

Any use of the Church facilities is subject to the discretion of the Property Committee and/or the Board of Management.

Renter is responsible for chair and table set up and replacement when finished.

There cannot be Door Prizes, raffle tickets sold or prize draws in any part of the Church.

​

No alcohol or smoking/vaping on Church premises.

Please treat our sanctuary and gathering rooms with respect.
