RENTING THE CHURCH
$300.00 FOR CHURCH
NOTE: All Weddings must be paid prior to event
Minister fee: $200 (If using St. John’s minister)
$300.00. Includes the use of basement afterwards if needed. Church does not cater; outside catering would be required.
$75.00 (Includes kitchen facilities)
$50.00 (hall only no kitchen use)
For other Churches and Choirs only $100.00 minimum plus a donation where feasible, plus cost of piano tuning (if desired).
NON PROFIT GROUPS - DONATION
INSURANCE – All non-church related rentals must provide proof of insurance or sign a waiver (non disclaimer form available in Church office)
Conditions of Rentals:
Any use of the Church facilities is subject to the discretion of the Property Committee and/or the Board of Management.
Renter is responsible for chair and table set up and replacement when finished.
There cannot be Door Prizes, raffle tickets sold or prize draws in any part of the Church.
No alcohol or smoking on Church premises.
Please treat our sanctuary and gathering rooms with respect.

Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, crock pots, electric kettles, coffee makers (large, medium and small) electric kettles and dish warmer.
Large counter space.
Two single bathrooms off Fellowship Room.
Wheelchair accessible via outside of building.
